Janne was born on 28/05/1981 near Hamburg (Germany).

 In December 1984 she moved with her family to Wolfsburg.

 After having finished her school, she concentrated completely on her sport,

 but one year later she started to study Psychology in Hamburg.

 In 2004 she needed a change and decided to continue her studies

 at the University of Bath.

 There she had the best possibilities to combine both -

 studies and training.

In June 2007 she completed her BSc Psychology.

Now she is attending a Management course.

 Janne is member of TV Jahn Wolfsburg and SV Nikar Heidelber.

 Since September 2008 Dr. Michael Spikermann is her trainer in Heidelberg.
